The app has a clean interface and provides decent connectivity features for older Tata models. However, it’s seriously outdated in terms of model support. Even after several months since the launch, new models like the Tata Curvv are still not available in the app. This is disappointing, especially when buyers expect seamless integration and digital support right from day one. Tata Motors needs to be more proactive in updating their app and supporting their latest vehicles. Until then, the user experience feels incomplete and frustrating.
Every time you stop and start ignition at a traffic signal this app starts a new trip. This makes the app useless. Why can’t it give some configurable settings to the user. Or if the car restarts within 5 minutes the same trip should continue. Only last 5 trips are shown in the history and that too all not in any proper sequence. Even some trips go missing in between. It is such a simple thing to fix these problems when you are selling cars worth ₹ 25 lakhs. Not sure why Tata is not paying attention to digital interfaces.
First is, I have been able to login only once, then never. Second, it just stuck on the login screen doesn’t go past that screen. How are we suppose to use it if one can’t even login to it. How can tata which is also big in tech can’t develop an app which works. Didn’t expect this from Tata, experience has been pathetic. Bottom line - the app is of no use. And yes tried install, reinstall, delete, remove, phone switch off/on several times but it just refused to load.
