I was able to connect my thermostat to my wifi network, but even though the app says my log in was successful, the dashboard shows zero information and the app is not linked to my thermostat. The info sheet I was given to set it all up says to contact customer support via the app, but there are no links, no troubleshooting guides, not even a navigation menu.

I just received my new AC unit and thermostat today. Followed the directions to download the app and create account with user name and password. I can log into the website however, when I try to log onto the app and keeps stating user name or password incorrect. I know for sure it’s the right information. This app is horrible. There’s is no way to contact anyone for assistance. It will not let you pass the login screen. I even click reset password using my email address and I never received the email. I would give this app an 0 if I can.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I am unable to connect my thermostat because the app is unable to scan the actual wireless networks. This issue has persisted since I moved in about a month ago. I spoke with tech support and they informed me the app does not work and they will send an update when it is fixed. Just my hunch, but I don’t feel it will be fixed anytime soon. How incompetent are these engineers they can’t even fix a simple API issue such as this?
