Does not work says check network and turn off SOS. done this and still doesn’t work. Just repeats itself

Doesn’t work
Every time I try to get the value of a coin, it tells me to check the Internet connection and disable the SOS mode. I thought disabling the SOS mode was very odd, but I did it. I even deleted the app and downloaded it again. It still does not work. I keep getting the same message. I was charged $9.99 for nothing.
