This game is exactly what the App Store needs more of. Mastermind is beautifully simple, with a clean and intuitive design that makes it a joy to play. There are no ads, no in-app purchases—just pure gameplay. I honestly would pay for it to support the developer, because it’s clear this was made with thoughtfulness and care. A truly kind genius created this, and I’m so grateful for it. I’m off to see if this developer has made more games—fingers crossed, because I’d download them in a heartbeat!

I do love how this game looks, although I agree with the other reviews about making it more multiplayer rather than playing a bot. also I wish the colors could be used multiple times instead of just once, to make it more challenging. I got bored of this game after ten minutes of playing because I’d guess the pattern in 5 or less tries.

I knew I was pretty good at the board game and I wanted to see if their was a mobile version and there was! It is very good but I just wish that there were 10 spaces instead of 8, you could do a two player thing where someone made the pattern and then they gave whatever device to other person etc, so like the board game but two people are just passing a device around. This isn’t really that big of a deal but i wish the colors black and white were in the game instead of purple and orange. That is all I have to say, otherwise this is pretty enjoyable!
