There is not a single employee who does not have issues with CloudCall daily. Issues include: Calls coming in after they are already missed, making calls that show “connected” with the time counting up but it never rings and does not make a call. Inability for the other end to hear me when I make a call. Poor quality coming through from my end. The call button being greyed out and not clicking even when I restart my phone AND computer app/system. We have reached out several times to try to get this fixed and they deny having an issue on their end. Makes a call heavy work environment very difficult and unreliable. I end up having to use my personal phone to call people very often.
