Classic Spades Card Game

Tried about 10 apps until I found one that had two things: the ability to pay to remove ads, and a decent computer player. Every other app I tried with much more reviews than this one, was bad! The worst was, if it was trying to charge me a bunch every month, or if the computer players had no idea how to play. This app was everything I was looking for. The biggest thing was the computer player covering my nil hand! This was the only app I could get that could intentionally play his best card to cover my nil every turn. UI is also flawless. Great job to the devs!

I really like this version of spades because when I play the solo version it seems like the bots are all playing their own game vs some others that have solo ability where the bits seem to work with one another to set you or make you take bags! I like being able to turn the bag penalty off too. Also when playing partners my partner seems to have the same smarts as the others where in other apps my partner always seems to play the wrong card, where later I see it had a higher card & could’ve taken the trick. Anyway love this version of spades, just waiting & hoping for the ability to have a higher game score for play with bags on, like some apps let you play to 750 & some even go up to 1,000. Oh Yah & this app has the least amount of ads of any I have played & I have tried them all! Love this app!

Where other games set you up during the deal, and/or manipulate the cards in the background, this game doesn’t appear to be doing that. Some games feel like it’s you against the other three. I’ve seen my partner make poor plays to deliberately lose in order to keep the game close, or even rack up bags to keep you from getting too large of a lead. i’ve deleted many games after I tired of playing 3-on-1, and especially after my partner threw the game! It’s more difficult to determine if cards are being manipulated in the background, but some of these games have made me not only suspicious, but cynical as well. So they get deleted too! I applaud this programmer(s) for not doing any of that (that I can determine at any rate), I love this game!!!!!
