After I bought tour through Booking.com the link wouldn’t work, so I reviewed negatively. Developer emailed me to apologize, saying sometimes reseller links don’t work. Developer restored my tour access and gave me a credit for another. Pleasantly surprised and pleased. Many issues, not fixed within the first week of contacting the help desk. Asking for all money back and credits for the future. This ruined experience for my in-laws. Also, two days validity of purchased segments only is a deterrent to check if it works until it is too late.
