I don’t need to be reminded that the app exists multiple times a day. To make matters worse I have another app for another cab company that must use the same supplier, and they send push notifications too!

Got a taxi a couple of miles and I was quoted a price I was happy with, the drive charged me more which I paid.. receipts came and it was the amount of been quoted.. I phoned up to be told the driver was right and the app isn’t working.. the way I was spoken to was appalling what happened to the customer is right they could care less… rubbish company
