Need to input info every time you log in to make an appt Doesn’t remember login info despite selecting the remember me button Doesn’t recognize members and see how many unused appts one has available Doesn’t recognize location Shouldn’t have to re-enter the info every single time

I can’t believe anyone would rate this app over a one. I’ve been a client at cherry for almost two years and the app has never functioned correctly. Complete garbage.

It’s a great app when it decides to work. I love being able to book on the app, but sometimes I’ll click my location and then nothing will load for services. It’ll stay like this for days and then randomly decide to work. I’ve tried shutting down the app, restarting my phone, deleting and reinstalling, everything. It keeps happening. Hopefully it’ll get fixed and I can use it consistently
