After level 10, forced ads are after every single level. Then you’re asked numerous times (before playing the next level) if you want to watch an ad for different bonuses for gameplay. Now I don’t mind watching ads but this is crazy!!! You’re losing money instead of making it. I’m sure there’s many that’s done what I’m about to do for this exact reason. Deleted.

Update: customer support NEVER responded to two messages and I am now seeing ads after I paid to have them removed. Horrible, so I’m downgrading my review. Although I like the gameplay, there are so many glitches and customer support is nowhere to be found. I asked how to get rid of ads weeks ago and received no response. The game now offers pay to play ad free, which I paid for. But there is a little ad box in the game that can be clicked to get a power up. This box interferes with gameplay as it often sits ON the game grid. Many times the items behind it can not be played without triggering an ad. Also, the game has become glitchy where there will be multiple layers of colors on items so you have no idea what color should be played and power ups have to used to pass the level. I have reached out to customer service again, so we’ll see if they actually respond. It didn’t take long for this app to become just another money grab. Want to spin for a prize? You get one spin. Then you have to pay for the rest. No amount of waiting for the character to ‘rest’ allows another spin. This developer needs to do better and fix the glitches and offer customer support before asking players to pay for anything.

I have been playing this game for a few days it’s similar to another game I love to play I’ve just begun playing three days no problems yet
