Checkers Online - Dama Game

I attempted to contact the developer regarding an account issue and received an automated response stating it could take up to 72 hours to reset my account. That was over two weeks ago. Since then there has been zero follow up and no response despite repeated attempts to contact support. The “72 hours” message appears to be nothing more than a blanket notification with no actual action behind it. The complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating and makes this app feel abandoned. I would not recommend an app where basic support issues are ignored.

After I defeated 2 top players I was hacked and bugged and my account stopped working. I contacted the “app support” multiple times and nothing was ever fixed so I decided to finally delete the app. I had over $125K in play money that was lost but oh well hopefully this review helps someone else. I’ll be looking for checker better apps.

The transition between games needs to be smooth we shouldn’t have to exit and then start over every time I want to play a game
