Can’t get any towers in Portland Oregon threw most of Oregon and Washington shows none Retried trouble shooting no luck refund needed why can’t they show it working prior to force purchase to what does not work (scam) ? No email replies

Shows me where cell towers are in my vicinity. I was at my grandson’s school today and it shows one right in the middle of the field or I should say their playground which there is no cell tower on the school grounds or anywhere close shows two of them in my neighborhood, but I can’t see them. There must be a very small.——-// One of the situations is at my grandson‘s school shows something in the middle of a playground with nothing around it there isn’t nothing but dirt and grass I could actually walk up in the middle of it and look up or down. We’re all around and all I see is dirt and grass and kids playing. But yet it shows a 4G tower there node or whatever?
