The new CMMS system did not fix any issues from the old system. The fake AI they’ve added, that grades you on your description of work completed is totally phony. The AI grades you on how long your description is…. Not the content of your work. The new system did not implement any meaningful changes and the AI only furthers the Tech from their work. Great example of how bureaucracy slows down everyone who is trying to get work done. More paperwork holds back your techs from the field.
