Casa Shares makes Real Estate investing extremely easy. I can pick and choose what I would like to invest in and they take care of the rest. I can invest in Real Estate without having to worry about late night calls from tenants or appliance repairs, etc.

I asked to cancel and liquidate my purchased shares since the property acquisition seems to be taking a long time. I was told that “The investments are not liquid in real estate, once you buy shares they are in the property until the property is sold, you will however receive quarterly dividends.” Although I appreciate the quick response, I explained that two competitors (Ark7, RealBricks) offer options to sell shares, etc. Consider alternatives.

This company made it incredibly easy for people like me who don’t have any experience in the investing world to invest in a simple, yet profitable product. And as a new company I’m excited to see all that will come in the future with more opportunities to let my money grow. 10/10 recommend.
