You need a new app, and new developers

I tried using the app in 2022, 2023, and 2024, but it still doesn't work. I get the SMS code, enter my username and password, but then it just loads forever. It's hard to believe a bank could make such a useless app. You really need to invest in development. It might be best to start fresh with a new appโ€”and not with the same developers. With six months and โ‚ฌ600,000, you could fix this. Plus, a small ongoing dev team for โ‚ฌ20,000 a month should do it. You're a financial institution; please spend the money. Your user interface is outdated and the worse UX EVER. Invest in your product, please. The CEO should resign, along with the CTO. NO excuses.

Does not work for me

It is not possible for me to enter the app after entering all of necessary data for my credit card. It lasts a lot without any result. I can not evaluate it.
