The cameras are cool and have been working fairly well since I’ve gotten them. My main issue has been the app. The app will for some reason will undo my settings on my front door camera. It’ll turn off the human detection tab and the motion detection tab as well. I’ll have to go in from time to time to turn them back on. It doesn’t do that for my back door camera though. Also the sound on my back door camera goes in and out. Some times I can hear the sound when I turn the volume on. Then other times it’s like it’s on mute. Last thing the app messaging with customer service is bad. You can start a conversation with customer service and when they respond you’ll have a notification but when you open the message it’s blank and just have “404” in the top left corner of screen. So idk what that’s about but you can’t communicate with customer service if you have an issue. Overall the CAMERAS itself does the job, clean view, good night vision, detects ppl when it’s supposed to, but the app itself is really glitchy and needs a lot of work.

It’s slow and I don’t like how you can’t see all cameras at once also I brought 4 cameras but can’t use two bc I have to buy a subscription for each camera after 2 is ridiculous and crazy… it won’t even let you cancel subscription and when I tried to purchase one they trying to charge me for two…there is no number to call and when I text them the response aren’t professional I cancelled it on my end the same day when March 25th when I seen they tried to charge me for two subscriptions and it’s still not cancelled the done tried 28xs to remove money from my card that I cancelled within 5 minutes…I done personally emailed them they haven’t responded…but with the text they keep saying I have to cancel it I sent the screenshots to them that I cancelled it the same day that it’s something on their end they have to do and they won’t…the notification to notify you someone is there is super late and when you do get the notification of someone being there it takes way to long to load…and the battery do not stay charged long at all…definitely needs some upgrades and changes with a lot ….also changes to the subscriptions bc paying for each camera after two is literally ridiculous….also it changes the settings to the camera itself im wondering why my camera isn’t working and i go look they turned everything off…and recording definitely needs to be longer unless nothing in camera bc the 3-15 sec videos are ridiculous each video minimum should be 30secs and longest recording should be 5 minutes and allow at least 5 cameras b4 needing a subscription…and again i cancelled the same day March 25th within 5 minutes and here it is Almost the end of April and it’s still not cancelled and I contacted them over 15xs

Best Doorbell cam app. The Doorbell Cam comes through clear but I wish I didn’t need to have multiple accounts to access the feed on my different devices it’s a little annoying to have more than one personal email account I know it sounds weird but I don’t want to have to use the email account that I use for work search attached to the doorbell cam account. I really don’t need more than one email just for things like smart devices having more than one is just a head ache for me to deal with. I have separate emails for like banking and streaming but having multiple smart devices email accounts is too much to realy deal with.
