CaLUCKthenics: Calisthenics+

As a new mom, I barely have time to think—let alone plan a workout. That’s why Caluckthenics has been a game-changer. In five minutes, I’m sweating and feeling human again. It’s like having a personal trainer in my pocket, minus the noise and the pressure. Total lifesaver.

This app allowed me to be able to work out really well, and I really like the randomness of the calisthenics options. The luck factor and being able to choose the ones that I like to be able to show up Mor is a really cool feature. The point is: everyone that wants to work out should get this app. 5 stars. Wow!

I love that I can let the app decide the exercises for me. Will definitely use this app and incorporate it into my program.
