Like the app but I wish there was a way to see what you ate for the week as kind of a look back rather than a weekly total that just shows numbers…
Can’t really say much wrong about this app, as someone who mainly consumes pre packaged meals that have all the nutritional information on, this app is absolutely perfect at tracking what I’ve eaten in the day. Such a simple idea that most of these apps like MyFitnessPal make so confusing and over the top. All you need is a simple entry, an ability to add foods into a memory system to quickly add again, a log/history of progress over weeks and months and a BMR value input to see how under or below the threshold you are on the week. This app has all of that. Great app and I only get 1 ad a day which is even better.
I love this app! very simple, very easy to use and I like that it allows you to log your own food and combinations of multiple meals, as well as keeps a running log of past meals and days for reference. One recommendation I might make, If it’s possible with out getting the UI or controls too complicated, to add simple, secondary macro nutrition trackers Ie. Fats, proteins, carbs Other calorie trackers have these but this is still better for its simplicity and easy use! It’s helped me lose 34 lbs so far! As well as being more conscious of what I eat. And I’m still going!
It is an app to record the calorie intake and check the daily calorie intake.
