Call Record NOW

Even though I paid for a one year subscription when I attempted to record a very important I cannot get it to work. It is supposed to automatically record all incoming and outgoing calls and it is not doing well. It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether I open the app or not it just doesn’t work call today it acted like it was working normally when I pressed the call now button and hit dial the phone number it gave me the tone. So then I called my contact and hit the merge button just like the instructions say. I am not new at this and know I did it correctly. After we had our conversation I hung up and Bingo, no recording! So finally I navigated to the settings tab where a big box pops up and says “restore service”. I touch that and it pops up and says your “service is now active”. What good is the service if you can’t trust it to be there when you need it and it doesn’t even bother to tell you when it isn’t?

Ive been using this for about a year and it’s been absolutely wonderful. No issues. Once in a while a call longer than an hour it would cut off. But that’s it. I always use to meeting bridge calls without issue but lately there’s been really bad static anytime I do a conference call. I hope they fix that because it’s great but now I’m forced to look for other call record apps

The instructions were simple enough. I followed it to the tee. When my call ended, the instruction said that the recording will appear inside the app within seconds of hanging up. Ok.... No links in the app to retrieve my recording as stated. That was an important recording and now it’s gone into cyberspace (probably). Don’t use this app if you want to record anything (especially important ones). Update: The Company was able to retrieve my calls after notifying them via email. I’m not sure why the recording was not available right away (it didn’t show up at all until I’ve contacted them. The recording showed up almost a day after) but they’ve fixed the problem and I now have this important recording.
