Trying to enter my second chance tickets, but it won’t let me download lottery new app, tried several times it say my app is outdated and I can’t get my tickets downloaded
The California Lottery app is low tech and needs an upgrade. Please provide app users with a built in ticket scanner that allows people to know whether or not they have a winning ticket before they head towards the lottery convenience store. Sometimes when we hand our winning tickets to the store employees, they just throw our tickets away and say, “Not a winning ticket.” This is also a reason why so many winning tickets go unclaimed! Please provide us with a ticket scanner on your app. Thank you!
I like this version better than the older one. It’s much easier to navigate and find the sections that I want to look at. 😊
