Been using this app over the last 24hrs for all my meals. AI Photo reads all my meal photos and output the nutrition breakdowns in a friendly manner which is surprisingly frictionless. Combined with daily activities (hopefully can be automated-tracked by Apple Watch) you have a full picture of your input/output of calories. Overall strongly recommended.

The interface is clean and user-friendly, logging meals is quick, and the insights help you understand your eating habits beyond just counting calories. It’s motivating without feeling overwhelming. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build healthier habits.
