Please don’t create apps that require log in. I want to see the menu, and experience your app before I decide to create an account. I am now using Cafe X for coffee on my way to work. It is convenient to place the order on the go and have it waiting.
Prepaid passes expire after only 30 days. Support staff is nice and will help extend it but the app crashes and doesn’t allow me to log in with error messages on any option I try. Won’t work when I’m actually here at the machine ready to pay with a $40 voucher.
Use 7YZB51 for a free drink! The app allows you to order without using one of the kiosks at the physical locations so you can have your drink queues up while you walk over. But it only has the coffee options, not the matcha latte, hot chocolate, or milk.
