This is a great idea, but it is difficult to find a driver nearly every time we needed one—both peak and off-peak times. The app prompts you to increase your offer a minimum of 5 euros to see if anyone will take the enhanced offer. That did not work, and going to 10 euros over was doubling our expected bill on short trips. In short, this might reserve a trip if you lay out a very high amount of cash for the trip. Otherwise, good luck

When you get a rate for regular taxi and you order, you wait forever and then it says no drivers are available, the minute you chose to add 5 euros to the rate, all of a sudden, drivers are available, does the public not realize what is happening here?/ you need to be more honest about how your system works
