Bubble Shooter - Original Bear

I downloaded this game and noticed right away it had a lot of ads, but didn’t mind as it started off as just banner ads at the bottom with a pop up in between levels. As I progressed through the game the ads started becoming more aggressive. Some would have x’s so tiny and shoved so far into the corner you couldn’t click on them to exit out and I was forced to quit out of the game to just continue. As I got further and further into the game the ads increased until they were playing all over the screen and popped up every time I clicked on anything interactive (such as a chest) even while in the middle of playing a level and these ads were now the ones that force you to watch for 5-10 seconds before offering a close option. I found the game fun enough to drudge through 100 levels, but at that point the ads were so bad I could no longer put up with them and uninstalled it from my phone. I’d much rather pay $5 for a game like this vs be attacked with ads constantly. You have a good game, but none of that is worth it when you attack your user with ads which then start to interfere with the actual gameplay itself.

This seems to be a good, casual game overall. The ads keep glitching, requiring a restart of the game. Also, if I scroll back on the main screen to replay a level it doesn’t update the number of stars I’m credited. If I hit replay before leaving a level it doesn’t replay the level. - Update: it’s been awhile since I rated this. I still enjoy the game. I’m past level 2500. However, the current version is unplayable due to crashes. I’ll get halfway through my current level and the app will freeze or simply close. I haven’t progressed in a couple weeks because I can’t get through the current level without crashing.

I have put off rating this because I was having a really good time blowing up stuff. Usually, when I rate a game, everything goes down hill then. You get all the wrong colored bubbles and I don’t like not getting 3 stars. I guess I am just a power hungry ego maniac who likes to blow stuff up. Bubbles that is. If the game doesn’t change then I will come back and give you 5 stars. And if that doesn’t jinx it, I will give you another 5 stars. Thanks for all the fun I have had so far & I hope to continue to have.
