This was an excellent experience! Using the app having everything explained to me and being able to easily follow, it is a plus plus. Additionally, when the young lady came to do the work, she was kind she was cheerful. She was thorough. She was really an outstanding worker. I appreciate everything and I will use this company again. They are highly recommended.

It’s just ok, the app’s translation doesn’t fully work. For the service in Hoi An, cleaning is just ok. It’s awkward to have to give feedback directly, I always do but it puts the training on the customer instead of a manager or the company. It’s not really usable for short term rentals and seems to run solely on owners/customers being there in person which takes away the convenience of using an app. Again, putting the work on the customer who is paying. The cleaning is never 100%, there’s a mentality of “ehh it’s good enough”. The bathrooms are a weak point for every cleaner, almost like they just water down the whole room and leave it wet instead of using a cleaning solution plus water and scrub, then wipe clean and dry. Room for training and improvement.

I booked a month service, i called and asked for 1 person that can work for a whole month as i don’t have time to train people. Company said yes of course, then 1 person came and said she could work as the booked calendar. She worked well, i expected to see her next time. then before the next job 17 hours i found out another 2 other persons accepted my job without any notice from this company. I couldn’t call the Company, so i called the lady who worked for me if she continues working at my house, she said she is busy. If i didn’t call, i will be totally surprise next day. Feel like they don’t need to care about you after they get paid. Hope you can improve your customer service.
