Brutal Age: Horde Invasion

There is no customer service in this game no matter what you try in their system you go in you make the report and two minutes later it tells you you haven’t responded for a long time and so they’re closing the window they never answer they don’t address your problems they just receive your message and then the system automatically tells you you haven’t responded so they’re closing the window. I have never in my life encountered a more ridiculous or useless system for customer service on this platform there is no other game that does this at the very least you get generic answers but not in Brutal Age oh no they just ignore you completely so you’re trying to report people cheating in the game and nothing because the system doesn’t recognize any report you say some thing two minutes later you get a reply that you haven’t responded in a long time even though only two minutes of past and the system never answered you. Then you come here and you write a review and the developers respond to you and tell you oh yes there is customer support in the game but there is no customer support and I wish the people who answer on the App Store would give us a way to contact them if they’re so certain of what they’re saying because I can provide screenshots to go with this review to prove everything I’m saying is true the developers lie on the App Store so if you’re down loading this game just be very aware there is no customer support available it’s a waste of your time and money

The game has a built in system for reporting carrots inappropriate behaviors from players. Unfortunately, after reporting inappropriate remarks the Developers say , a certain amount of language is expected in a war game. However, a player has gone completely threatening through the game chats and when muted searched through social apps for messaging. The game developers claim they can't see The relationship of the players comments on an outside social app as it’s related to the behavior inside the king. It’s so evident in a monkey could see the and that’s just an excuse. They’re using to not have to be in someone who does spin money and puts money in their pockets. This player tried to coach another player to commit suicide, providing her with the information that she needed step-by-step. This was done inside the game chat the developers muted her for a few hours, and that’s it. Now she’s threatening through outside social apps, and it has been reported to those companies yet the developers of brutal Age horde invasion, refuses to acknowledge the relationship between the players behavior, and the threatening words used in the social application for messaging. The developers have chosen that they will support a player who spends money over another that doesn’t have as much monetary investment. Be careful and don’t let your children play this game or else they will be seeing a lot of adult content that should not even be allowed for an adult to see.

THIS GAME IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18! Game allows serious cyber bullying and cyberstalking in violation of USA Federal Laws. I have reported this issue many times through the game’s internal reporting system, but the offending players are simply banned from talking for a few hours and then allowed to resume their cyber bullying activities. Each time the player is warned that if they offend again, then they will be banned from the game, but this never happens. Instead the period of time that the offensive player cannot speak is extended a small amount for the next offense and they are allowed to resume cyber bullying again when the time period has elapsed. Many players have been silenced 6 times or more. The cyber bullying allowed in this game is of such a severe nature that it could easily move an emotional teen to hurt themselves or worse. It may be that the Chinese developers of this game do not understand how much of a problem cyber bullying has become in the USA. If that is the case, they should educate themselves on USA Federal Laws before marketing this game.
