I am no longer signed up however it’s still charging me it’s giving no solution to stop charging me card it needs to stop

Worst app ever! I took an iq test with the website, downloaded the app, and I NEVER purchased a subscription, yet this app charged me 25 DOLLARS and I don’t even have an account!! Refund me my money now! I’m using this review as a message because I highly doubt the owner would respond to an email!!

Note, this one star rating is really meant to be zero stars but that is not an option. Worst business model ever for a consumer. I should’ve known better. There is no way to communicate with this company other than email and I have contacted them twice without any response. I no longer trust any app on the Internet because of this experience.
