This app is absolutely terrible. Half the time it won’t even load properly, and when it does, it gives you the bare minimum options—good luck trying to do anything beyond checking your balance. Customer support? Only if you call, not even a chat like other banks Navigation is clunky, buttons are unresponsive, and it constantly logs you out for no reason. It feels like they built this app in 2010 and never updated it. One of the worse bank app out there

The application itself is a reflection of the country's overall standing (suboptimal at best). Lags, is extremely dated, unsecure and provides the worst service to their customers ever. Bradesco is one of the largest banks in brazil and should comply in offering services with real assistance and usage.(this is not the case) Premium and platinum users pay extra in order to service low-end services.

All ok But Needs a sepárate space for Bank info, Phones, emergencies, where to CALL locally and internationally, and the like…
