This app would be awesome, but something is messed up with rolling the destination. We got the same places destination more than 5 times.
The game is meant to roll the dice twice. Once to determine the region and then a second time to determine the city. Program rolls once, it determines the region, then it takes the same roll to determine the city. This limits which cities will be chosen as destinations. It should roll twice, just like the game was set to do.
The app works fine for rolling the dice, but the payout tables are wrong. So double check them. It changes your current city as well when you roll the same region you are in.
