Im using BOT for 3 years now and its a perfect app for me. When i updated my iphone to 13.0 my only problem now is when i send messages, i need to ring the recipient to be able to received my messages coz there is no notification on his/her side or unless he/she open BOT app so they can received all my messages. From my side it shows only one check from my message box but i am connected through data even wifi. Is there any prob on the app or from my phone? Please help. Thank you and more power!😊

This app has gone completely downhill. It used to be somewhat good — not perfect, but at least usable. Now it’s pure trash. First, it randomly turns on video during calls without me even touching anything. Even worse, sometimes it opens the video for the other person without even showing me that my camera is on — that’s a massive privacy issue. Same with mute: I mute my call, only to realize later that I’m not actually muted and the other person can hear everything. Completely unacceptable. Then they added that useless new call interface on the home screen with the annoying little arrow. It’s distracting, gets in the way, and I have to move it every time just to tap on the screen. And what’s the point if I can’t even end the call from it? I still have to go back into the app to hang up. Honestly, who thought dumping this garbage on the screen was a good idea? It’s like they decided to ruin the whole experience on purpose. And the connectivity? Forget it. Calls constantly drop with a “bad signal” message even when both sides have strong internet. It shuts off right after the other person picks up. We’ve rebooted devices, reinstalled the app, done everything — and it’s still random, unreliable, and broken. To make it worse, I even raised a report to Botim customer service, thinking they would actually improve things. But nope — not even a response. It feels impossible, like they’re deliberately making the app worse with every update. I finally gave up, deleted the app, and honestly my life is better without it. No more frustration, no more wasted time. What was once “okay” has turned into complete trash.

Most trash apps ever. Very heavy. Always reconnecting. And now you can’t migrate chats. The only lovely feature now is gone and the customer service representatives they don’t know if it is gone for good or it is a technical issue. No back up to phone number ( like tawasal app ) or to email address so you can retrieve when changing the device. What is the point of adding the money transfer feature of the primary one is not working properly. You think I will trust you with my money? And every time I put a comment, they reply to me an automatic response that send an email. I HAVE SENT 8 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. What a worthless app. I am writing this frustrating experience then do something about it now, don’t ask me for the email. First read your emails then ask for a new ones.
