the identifications are extremely inaccurate. this app is just guessing. and it’s guessing wrong. do not waste your time and storage on this garbage identifier. first, it has a really bad scaling issue. and, the species of bones are often extremely incorrect. it tried to say that an adult coyote tibia belonged to a “large rat”. are we serious? also, it tried to tell me that a deer scapula was an ulna or radius. it tried to tell me a seal vertebra was a deer skull. and it can’t even attempt to identify small bones or bone fragments. don’t use this app. it’d be better to just open a book.

we used this app for an experiment in one of my anthropology classes and this app gave me three fully incorrect answers to what the bones i had were.

I found a bone at work and simply want to know what it is! The app is inaccurate because it gave me a combination of 6 different animal, bird, and reptile options for the 1 bone, three different times. don’t recommend
