I saw bolt blitz was also a spin sorcery games and thought it would be the same however, when I requested a temporary freeze on my account to be able to game responsibly they denied my redemption request. Even thought I requested the redemption before the freeze was put on. I reached out to customer service many times. I got two responses saying it was being escalated to a different team but when I asked for updates I got no response. Do you not put any money into this game.

At first this game was great after I redeemed my winnings of $800 and was successful than after the whole day it responded that it failed. The funds returned back to my account and yes I ended up losing most of it after !!! Now I’m waiting to see if $300 out of my $800 will actually be able to get paid. I was counting on that $ and this is the first time any casino game returned my funds !!!
