I’m studying abroad in the Netherlands and downloaded this app to order something online. The App Store advertises that it has English language support, but the app itself says otherwise! In the settings, only Netherlands Dutch, Belgian Dutch, and Belgian French are listed as options. English support would be very nice for those of us visiting who struggle to decipher a new language.

Seems to work okay but despite saying the app supports Dutch, English and French (which is why I even downloaded it) it does not. I can’t find how to change it to English. I will have to keep using the site in Chrome so I can use the Translate function.

Customer service is very good compared to many other stores and web stores in the Netherlands. Bol makes everything easy to deal with.
