What’s the point of an app that wants you to login every 5 seconds and doesn’t work half the time. I have to delete and redownload this piece of junk every other week just to get it to work.
All four of us technicians absolutely hate this app. We’re forced to use it and every time we have to sit there and re-download it. The flow of it sucks. I can’t explain to you in so many words of how much we dislike this thing.
