Bluesense Plus

App is a good and handy app. It stopped working suddenly close to an year of using. Mahindra doesn’t provide centralised support and the Helpdesk routes it to dealer/service Center. It seems to be an annual subscription paid app which is provided free of cost for the 1st year. This was never mentioned anywhere or communicated upfront. This is not transparent and an unethical strategy to lure customers into usage of app. It should have been mentioned upfront and the support should be centralised.

The app just stopped working , whilst logging in states -request time out , try later

i am using XUV 300 W8 (o) AMT ,since one year .and after a lots of complain and costumer review ,mahindra don't care about the real issue what costumer are facing .Instead of some fake promises they don't have any thing to solve the issue the most commonly faced issue for XUV300 riders are 1.it's very difficult and complicated to register with bluesense plus app 2.if by any change u got an opportunity and got registered with this app u will get rendom technical errors to controll ur car from your app remotely ,and that would be 80times out of 100 pakka . 3.u cannot connect an ios device with the infotainment system via bluetooth . 4.sound quality is very poor that u can't increase the volume after 20%.
