When I got the app I was thinking, wow this is so cool I could definitely see why people would download the app! But when I got the app none of the chats worked, the only part I could do was mood tracking which was kinda a waste of space because I could get a different app and still get mood tracking with more benefits, and the “ask a question” chat. This was just my problems, and I did not pay the subscription so I could not get everything I understand that. Anyway I actually rate this a three the reason it says five stars is I did not feel like it would be seen if I was only at three! Anyway thank you if you read this! I would give you a cookie but I’m all out, sorry….
There wasn’t a whole lot to do. I got really excited about having an AI therapist that could help me right when I needed it without me feeling guilty or embarrassed. They didn’t really allow that unless you had premium. I understand that they have to make money somehow, but I don’t think anyone is going to pay premium for something that we can’t even make sure works. All you can really do is a digital journal and a mood tracker without premium. I have my notes app and several other self care apps that do that for me already. As a developer I know it can be hard to make an app. I think that this app has extremely good potential, it is just boring unfortunately. Find something that makes your app different from the rest, and instead of forcing people to buy premium maybe advertisements would be better. A well placed advertisement doesn’t bug me that much.
I mean yes this app gets boring. But I would say it actually helps. I listen to music while writing down feelings. It makes me very calm. I would definitely recommend it. But there’s not a lot to do if you don’t have premium. But it does have a lot of feelings to choose from. And I like the categories. It also reduces anxiety to me.
