Use less app/ website. Whether use app or website you are lucky if you get the ticket booked even when the amount is deducted. Most of the time booking amount is deducted but the transaction gets failed from the Balmer Lawrie. Though amount us reverted to you but meanwhile you are in doubt if you should book again or wait. Also the fare is enhanced and you get a monetary loss due to non booking of ticket in first go.

I booked a round-trip flight through the Balmer Lawrie app, but the return flight booking failed, and the amount was deducted from my card. The biggest issue is that the failed booking details are not showing anywhere in the app, which makes it very difficult to raise a complaint or track the refund. Only the onward ticket is visible, while the return ticket (which was not booked) has no record or reference number in the app. This is very inconvenient for users, especially when the amount deducted is high. The app needs major improvement in showing failed bookings, payment failures, and refund status clearly. Customer support should also be faster in resolving such cases.

First of all, thanking you for this app in app store.Now, i wanna draw ur kind attention to the function of auto saving data which were feed during flight search.This is not hassle free and user friendly to put data each time while being searched.Please add this feature to let me provide 5 stars.Regards,
