I have the usb/drive but scared to use it or even download the app from looking at the ratings. My gut feeling is just telling me to go with a better one. (Which I always have to go with my gut) I feel as if I wasted my money on a paper weight. It’s still in the box! Looks like the reviews say that there are alot of bugs and problems so I can’t trust it based on reviews. Hope they get it fixed and together but based on the ratings doesn’t look like they have no intentions. Bummer☹️😞🥺🙁😥😓

I’ve purchased two other USB Blanbox+ drives with no problems and they worked as described. It wasn’t until I got the third one that it gave me problems. It would not communicate with my iPhone 11 or 13. Support was on top of the issue right away. Good response time. They replied within 2 hours with a step by step solution. The drive wasn’t communicating or recognizing the EXFAT file. So, zI followed the step by step instructions & first tried formatting the drive with my Apple computer and it didn’t work, just won’t do it. So I tried formatting the drive with my Old Dell lap top using Microsoft and I had success loading the EXFAT file. Now the USB works on all of my iPhones, the 10x, 11 & 13 pro max. Great job Support!!!!! Keep up the good work!

Overall the app does its job of letting you save files from the drive to your iPhone. But there’s a couple of things that could improve the experience greatly. One is to add thumbnails for the videos (currently only the pictures have thumbnails). I transfer a lot of videos and they have very similar file names, so it’s very difficult to distinguish them in the file explorer since they don’t have thumbnails. I would also like the file info to show the length of the video, that would help differentiate the different files. Lastly one thing I would like them to change is a feature that happens when you playback a video. If you llay a video and watch like 10 seconds of it and then back out, and then select the video again to play it again, it pauses it and displays a message asking if you want to resume watching where you started. This might be useful for hour-long videos, but it gets really annoying if your constantly watching videos that are just a few seconds long. This feature really isn’t necessary since you can jusy scroll to the part of the video you want to see, it’s not that big of a deal. I would like it if there was a setting to turn of this feature.
