biubiuVPN : VPN

Hello to biubiu team. I have been using your application for two years. It gave me a great and smooth connection, even while considering Irans internet speed. But ever since your last update, the app doesn’t open fully and is stuck in the ((loading)) page. Fixing this bug would be great^_^

I paid for the premium version, but every-time i want to connect it shows me ads!! Also some times it show me the page to subscribe! I already paid, why should i see the subscribe window it see ads?! Some times it connects but nothing loads. I have to disconnect and connect again! Updated on 21th March The ads problem solved. Thanks for the app support. Another disturbing issues. When you open the app, its opens the purchase page “upgrade to premium”and this is while i already have the subscription! And more disturbing is that by touching “ restore purchase “ nothing happens! I have to turn on another VPn and again touch the “restore purchase” or even go to account page and enter the token! Imagine I don’t have the second Vpn, how can i use this one?

I bought 1 year subscribtion. But due to some problems of connection I forced to remove and install the application 4 or 5 times . Unfortunately restore purchase doe not work although see the congratulations message that you are premium user now !! . In device management I can’t see any registered device that enable you to remove any device. Now I have paid annually for premium subscription, and because of several times uninstall and install the app my premium access is gone and all happened on only one phone ( my iphone). I asked support by ticketing but there is no any answer till yet . Biubiu needs improvement and enhancement in purchase process , therefore I strongly do not recommend in-app purchase .
