Not loading?
All I can see on my focus app is a white loading screen and it just loads forever and I’ve waited for a long time to see if it would work but it doesn’t.

Can’t seem to find any setting in the app… maybe I’m just not seeing them? I was getting notifications ok, and now I’m not.. like when my kid is tardy to class and such. I can’t find those settings to make sure they are still on and make sure my kid didn’t log in and turn them off.. I can’t even figure out how to reset my password

It is a good app nothing is wrong with it
There is nothing wrong with it. The people who rate it as a 1 are dumb and get trash grades then blame it on the system that is used to grade.
