Whenever I had any issues the team always solved them. I just wish there was an option to not be interested in certain campaigns so that those campaigns can be pushed to people that qualify or are interested. Especially when there are ones sitting in there for months. I also don’t think that creators are giving enough time to create especially when/if they have other responsibilities. I don’t think it’s fair that we have to wait an unknown amount of time to receive the product, only to be inconvenienced to rush and produce content, to then have to wait an unknown amount of time for the brand to approve or request edits and finally get paid. All while being threatened by the app’s automatic response to quickly produce content. For example, I was accepted to participate in a campaign almost 3 months ago, the product still hasn’t arrived. The team told me that they haven’t heard anything from them. I get a notification everyday saying it’s overdue. Would this affect my overall rating? Speaking of ratings we should be able to rate the requesters as well. I’ve worked with some companies that were great and others not so much. There should be a cap on how many edits they can get. They are not paying a high quality team, at the rates they are paying, at the rates they are paying one edit should be enough. They should have to pay for more edits.
