I was recommended by a friend to open a bank account with them . I provided all the necessary documents. And the last step to have a video call to confirm my identity . We just needed to communicate on a specific time and date !! They took 2 weeks to arrange the call + when they did they send me a google meet link 😂 and they didn’t accept me into the meeting .. later on they said “ oh you didn’t join , we are sorry we will cancel your registration “ Poor customer support, poor communication & very bad service 👎

They keep asking for more and more documents like ‘bank statement for 102 months to confirm the information from the tax declaration.’ I think it is because they charge $20 nob-refundable just for review documents
