The app doesn’t allow self generation of energy bill in case of zero consumption (JDVVNL). It requires that current reading must be greater than previous reading. No-use bill must be permissible. Please fix this bug.

Two days i ago a raised a complaint through the app for no electricity in my house. Yesterday i got a sms that complaint is closed. Without any resolution or visiting my place these lazy government employees closed the complaint. There is no option of feedback. Again i raised a complaint yesterday night and just now i got a msg of complaint closed. These corrupted government employees will never change. We work hard and earn money and pay taxes so these lazy guys can fill their banks without doing any work.

App stuck while uploading required docs from gallery under option Services > Name Change and never ending wait begins and at the end app closes itself. Moreover, when you try to click picture directly from camera the app closes immediately. Seems click picture option is created for app closure. JVVNL team directed me to use this procedure by any how and they don’t know how to help. Behaves like this doesn’t belongs to them.
