I was excited to find these free apps that offered so much and I downloaded most of them. Then I saw one called The Watchtower something and read the name Jehovah in one of the apps. I was immediately suspicious and saw why these are free. After reading some other reviews, I confirmed these apps (there are many by this man, in different languages), appears to be a Jehovah Witness reference tools. I’m aware JWs consider themselves Christians, but that’s because sadly most don’t know the true Bible scripture. JW changed it to a works faith, gets God wrong, and even believe only 144,000 (or so) will be with Christ. As the Kingdom’s numbers grew, it changed doctrine again. I really wish people in this faith would read the ACTUAL Bible, but they’re forbidden from doing so or even researching their own faith outside accepted channels. I pray for their salvation for they’re being deceived. Christians, please don’t download these apps. YouVersion and GotQuestions are both free and answer what you need. If you’re Catholic, my dad recommends Hallow (I’m no longer in that faith either, as I was born again). But at least some Catholics are also Christian. Not so for JWs, Mormons, Scientology, and others.

No wonder people are so confused about Christianity, when an app like this which "answers" Biblical questions is so contradicting and doctrinally off. Granted, I didn't read every single Q&A, but most of what I did read is wrong. I was shocked to read the heresy about if Jesus was God (the app says he is Devine and a form of god, and to just go with your conscience about it).The author fumbles a question about if drinking beer is a sin. They say it's okay to drink (once again if your conscience says it's okay) as long as you don't get drunk because Jesus turned water into wine. We will forget there are different translations for wine, and the grape juice Jesus made isn't the same as alcoholic grape juice, both referred to as wine.Pretty sure Jesus wouldn't use the opportunity of his first public miracle to create an intoxicant. This app is perfect for 1) a lukewarm Christian who doesn't want to be convicted of his sinful lifestyle, 2) someone who wants an easy non-confrontational solution that will leave them as empty as when they asked the question, or 3) a non-believer who wants an example of how shallow a modern Christians faith truly is, by exposing contradictions and confusing ramblings.The best answers about the Bible are found in the Bible. Use 1 translation (mine is KJV, it's been used for 400 years, and quoted and memorized for a reason, but if you like a newer version, stick with that one) but if you quote different versions your gonna get a hot mess of an app, and you will get a hot mess answer. I wish I could give 1/2 of a star.

Spirituality is timeless and the Bible provides us answers to questions no matter if asked in the past, present and future. This type of application wonderfully meets the needs of questions and answers according to the Bible! We all have various levels of knowledge of the Bible however the ability to advance our knowledge of the scriptures is for a lifetime! We never stop learning and this application provides additional knowledge!
