I’ve just started using the BHM workout app, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine! One of the standout features is the ability to customize the length of each workout and choose exactly which equipment I’ll be using. Since I don’t have a gym membership and rely on my home setup with dumbbells, this feature is a game-changer. I love how the app adapts to what I have on hand, making it easy to get a comprehensive workout without needing to buy more gear or rearrange my space. Another highlight is the range of settings that let you tailor the intensity of your exercises. This is perfect for anyone looking to gradually build up their fitness level or add a challenge as they progress. I’ve found it really motivating to have options that help me ease into new exercises and tackle more advanced ones as I get stronger. Overall, BHM makes working out at home convenient, versatile, and motivating. Highly recommended for anyone looking to create a personalized and effective workout routine without needing a gym membership!
This app has helped me stay focused on my workouts while being a busy teacher. If I only have 20 minutes, I change the duration of the workout. If I don’t feel like heading into the gym, I modify the equipment I have available. If I’m feeling like an exercise just seems too hard for me that particular day, I swap to beginner or I just change that particular exercise to meet my needs. Each workout has been different, and I love not having to think about how to vary things each day! The videos of each exercise and reminders of what weights I did last time are great too.
I spent years struggling to go to the gym because I couldn’t afford a personal trainer and didn’t know where to start or how to get results. This app has completely changed that by taking all the guesswork out of my workout routine. It creates a personalized plan for me, and each exercise comes with a helpful ‘how-to’ video. This is the perfect app for anyone with a busy schedule who wants to fit in fitness without the stress and research of planning a routine. It really is like having a personal trainer in your pocket!
