BharatPe for Business

It’s been 6 days today that they’ve blocked a payment made by my customer citing the reason that the invoice copy was not uploaded. The very same day i uploaded the invoice copy. So on the next day they blocked my account entirely and asked me to resubmit all the documents most of which were already provided during the time of machine purchase. Since then i have been submitting my documents over and over again everyday but there is no positive response from their team. Their executives on call accept that yes they have received all the documents and they’ll unblock the account and release my fund, but on the app they keep delaying the estimated resolve date. Till now my account stands blocked and my payment is stuck. Their executives are clueless about how to deal with issues and need hand holding to explain basic concepts of invoicing and taxation. Please avoid their services. Go for pinelabs or paytm instead. Never faced any such issue with their machines. BHARATPE IS A SCAM

I am invested 1,20,000 rupees in bharat pe … And when at this time i need my money because due to some personal problems But i am not withdrawing my money.. When i call customer support team they told me always plss wait plss wait kitna wait kre koi 30 may ko account suspicious bta k block kr diya kab tak wait kre kitna time ho gya h kitna wait kre koi 1 lakh 20 thousand ki investment ko hold krke lataka diya h customer care ko call kre to wait krlo humari team apko jldi sampark kregi kitna wait kre koi yr hadh hoti h Humare paise hum he withdraw nhi kr sakte Ye 12% ka interest ka dikh k sab investment krte h uske baad ye suspicious activity krke account hold kr dete h Inhe koi fark nhi padta ki inki vjha se koi kitna pareshan ho rha h Humare paise hume he nikalne k liye inke aage piche ghumo Jo log real me scam or frauding krte h unka to kuch ho nhi sakta inse or garib admi apka paisa safe krne or interest k chkkar me isme investment krta h unka paisa block krke public ko pareshan karke kya milta h apko Apko sayad pta bhi na ho ki kitni problem hoti h aap public ko jab unke pass paise hote hue bhi vo withdraw nhi kr sakte emergency hone k baad bhi Meri apse yehi request h ki plss jldi se jldi meri problem solve krdo jisse ki me mera amount withdraw kr paau or meri problem solve ho sake🥺🥺🥺🥺

The BharatPe machine I use for my business has been showing an error message and Unusable for payment/transactions. So I tried to raise a complaint through the chat option during the end of July but after failed attempts I tried calling the customer care and registered a complaint in early August. I was told my complaint was registered. But after waiting for 10 days without any help I called again and I was told my complaint was raised to high priority. 20 days pass and No call back or no visit from the technician about the error I’ve been getting. Miraculously I get a call on August 31st from customer care and I’ve been warned that as I didn’t use my machine for any transactions in the last one month my machine will be taken away and I will be charged extra for the same. Despite me trying to explain the scenario saying the technician didn’t visit or call and the machine has been unusable the caller on the other end just replied saying ‘ that is not our problem that is your problem and your machine will have to be returned’. I fail to see any logic in all this and I suggest anyone reading this to avoid using BharatPe and go for other merchant payment options available. And the silver lining on this being that this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the service using BharatPe. All business owners beware. You wouldn’t want to get such kinds of problems in your business.
