Our family loves BFT workouts. We always feel fantastic after a class, both stretched and exercised. The classes can be tailored to your needs and just-right in terms of challenge. The heart rate and data feedback is also a huge benefit. We love it!
I wasn't a morning person and I definitely didn’t like working out. BFT changed that! We workout on new machines I’ve never used. It is a technique of how to breathe properly, while working out together and each day is a new session of strength, endurance, hiit and more. It’s a new goal everyday to challenge yourself to be better. The 5am is a great vibe with great support by others as our instructors guide us along the way. The pumped up music helps too.
I recently joined a new BFT location in Houston and was exited for a change in my fitness journey. Their system incorporating heartrate zones into cardio and strength days makes tackling goals much more manageable than competitors. The app is good and clear for finding and booking classes when not at a computer. My one biggest gripe is the calendar integration. While at F45 I’ve used the Mindbody app and it let you select a default calendar to add bookings to as well as customize the reminder notification. As it stands, I had to search for my workout schedule through 3 different accounts only to notice my workouts were popping up on my Birthday calendar for work. I had to manually change the calendar for each booking which can get a little annoying if you aren’t thinking about it every time. Hopefully BFT fixes this “add to calendar” function then the app should be good to go. Otherwise it’s a great companion to the Club Ready scheduling portal online.
