Worse than last version
Now I can’t even see the interest rate on my loan in the app and still can’t pay the loan electronically from my primary bank without a fee. Obviously did not create a customer focus group before implementing this “improved” digital banking experience .

This upgrade is awful
There are no instructions on how to use the app. For instance, as far as I can tell billers need to be entered through the online banking and that’s the only place that I can pay bills? But who knows. There is absolutely no information coming from the institution.
