Can one of the devs please tell me why there’s a direct deposit option but it doesn’t actually work. I called him trying to set it up so I could be reimbursed and of course they said they don’t know why that’s on the app. And they cannot set up direct deposit at the end of the day. This is a failing app and AI could do these jobs 1 million times better. 30 days to process peoples money days is ludicrous.
Any App should make the process easier. Not so when it comes to submitting receipts, unfortunately it seems that whomever designed the app to upload receipts forgot to put a feature on it to where you can upload a pdf version of the receipts. Considering this is a nonstop issue with the PCA cards being suspended, it would seem like a no-brainer to have an upload option available. Do better is all I can say, the American “healthcare system” is a systemic shitshow as it is currently, Apps and service like this further confirm as to why.
