Benchmark Bank eBanking App

We love Benchmark. Every time we need to do business in a branch it is a 40 minute drive for us. So from a practical standpoint, Benchmark is not convenient for us. But the level of customer service is off the chain. They are so helpful and so friendly, and seem to really care about us. I can’t recommend them enough.

This is my favorite banking app. It’s very intuitive. Shows pending activity that hasn’t posted to account and easy to transfer funds, mobile deposit, etc. I only wish transfers from lines of credit could be performed on the app.

I have been with Bench Mark for several years now. Wouldn’t change. This app makes my banking so simple. However I would prefer to go in. The bankers are super friendly and professional. I have been to the Austin and Houston branches. They are hands down the best bank.
